Food Products

Due to the nature of food products and for food safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of food products once they have been delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

To help us evaluate your request, please include:

* A description of the issue
* Clear photos of the product, packaging, and any shipping damage

Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.
